This is a chocolate whipped cream ice cream cake. Yes, it is way too much sugar for one sitting. But so tasty.

Sean's dad, Pops, made Michael this rocking horse. He loves it! I think Joseph is pretending it has a motor.
This kid loves whipped cream as much as I do. I'm so proud. I probably could have skipped the ice cream all together and just given him a bowl full of whipping.
Made out like a bandit on gifts - shopping cart, kitchen, fishing set...he's set for a year!
