This is the first year that the kids are old enough to understand celebrating feasts... I am so excited for the establishing of traditions that will begin this year!
Here are our letters to St. Nicholas, dictated by both boys.
The aftermath is pretty self-explanatory.
We also had some friends over to help us celebrate with cookie-making and decorating. What do you get when you let seven kids under the age of four have free-reign on a platter full of sprinkles and frosting? A lot of really happy kids! (And a little sugar-high...)
It is such a blessing to be able to raise our children alongside friends who desire for their children to love the Lord. We are so blessed! (And yes, I let the boys wear Christmas PJs all day because it was freezing outside and we didn't go out!)
